GETTING THROUGH SUMMER IN ONE PIECE

Today I thought I would bring my latest swimwear obsession to the blog. Swimwear to me is how I imagine shoes being to most women. I don't wear them most of the time, but when I do have to - you bet they are going to be fabulous. I think my infatuation with swimwear stems from two thoughts. One being that I generally don't enjoy being seen in them, so when I am being seen in one it better be amazing, or at least make me feel it. Secondly, after working in lingerie I feel swimwear is like lingerie that you can wear out and no one looks at you like you're crazy. So there's that.

It is time I start adding one pieces to the collection. Needless to say for the last month or so the swimwear tabs on my browser have been adding up with my favourites. I am now down to a wish list (below).

When looking for a one piece I want something semi-classic with a focus on the back. As much as I love the 80's cut coming back on others, I am aware that this trend is not something I will be testing out so I still want something that covers the bottom half. For the first one I am adding to the collection, I want it to black. I want to dip my feet into this one piece pool with safety first then once I am comfortable I am thinking this Country Road piece might be a must.
