Downpour
Photography Project 2021
Last year I sat by my back window, mesmerised watching colours blend and distort through time, each moment unique. For the last few months I have been exploring this further through experimentation. Creating garden arrangements to play with colour, then experimenting with physical distortion to capture the perfect composition in a split of a second.
Downpour is an overwhelming moment of pause, blurring the line between photography & painting.
This project was curated into a series of films & photographic artworks.
Goodnight Garden
Photography Project 2019-2020
Goodnight Garden was photographic project I worked on from September 2019 until September 2020. For a year I shot flowers in strangers’ gardens on film at night. Through the process I was able to capture how flowers still bloom in the darkness, capturing the beauty that we usually don’t see.
This project was later curated into a photo book and photographic artworks.
His & Hers
Photography Book Project 2016 & ongoing
His & Hers was photographic book project I worked on with my photographer partner Michael Hughes. Travelling to many countries together, both with a camera in hand we noticed we were experiencing the same places and people however would see it completely differently. His & Hers is a photo book series, sharing one place at a time, through two lenses.
This project has printed Paris, Italy & Japan editions
